The luxurious apartment is situated in an apartment complex originally planned by the well-known architect Yaakov Rechter, in the 1980’s. It was completely redesigned and renovated in order to meet the needs of the client, turning it into a contemporary gem.

A color scheme of whites, greys & browns was used to give the property a sleek, modern, and luxurious feel whilst maintaining an air of warmth and coziness.

The spaces were opened up to allow for a more dynamic flow between the areas of the property and the materials and infrastructure were upgraded. The bedroom floorplan was changed completely. The master suite was enlarged and fitted with an en-suite and spacious walk-in wardrobe.

Exposed concrete in the stairwell, alongside glass banisters and oak steps, are a focal point of the property. The steps are made of thin metal and fitted to create a floating effect, giving the illusion that the space flows harmoniously and looks bigger than it is.  Shiny polished grey marble flooring was laid down throughout the property and accentuates the clean white kitchen. Touches of blue and works of art add character to the space and enhance the textural richness across the property.

Special elements: Modern fireplace that sits against a concrete wall fitted with hidden lighting.
