This project, located in a coastal neighborhood in central Israel, was the renovation of a single-story property with a small basement built on over an acre of land.

The couple wanted a modern, clean, and luxurious property that will incorporate into it some of the characteristics and memories of their previous home in Moscow. The modern design combines warm elements, using a color palette of soft whites, greys and browns and materials such as oak, steel beams, aluminum and white marble.

During the renovation, the basement was doubled in size and two additional levels were constructed. The property was planned in the shape of interlinking cubes that divide the property in two and create interesting meeting points with the pergolas that surround the structure.

White “Alaska” marble flooring was used throughout. Openings in the living room were widened, and a 4.5-meter window was installed allowing the interior to seamlessly blend with the external space. The garden was fitted with an infinity pool and a fountain that flows in the direction of the basement level. The basement was fitted with large windows and a lowered garden to allow for natural light and good air-flow. Eye contact can be maintained between the property levels, which adds a sense of intimacy despite the double ceiling height.

Special features: elevator, cinema room, spa and sauna, a wine cellar, gym, pool table room, fishpond and ravishing fountain.
