This project, located in a coastal neighborhood in central Israel, was the renovation of a single-story property with a small basement built on over an acre of land.
The property was designed in a modern-industrial style and was built in the shape of a cube that is missing one face – in which a swimming pool and an external seating area were designed
This house was built for a mixed-race couple, Israeli and Japanese, and the use of Japanese elements is evident extensively throughout the property. This Green Construction property was built with a focus on ecological building methods and environmental preservation.
This historic house, which was one of the first houses to be built in Herzliya Pituach, was renovated from the core, and turned into a Tuscany/country style home.
This duplex was originally built in the 1980’s and was renovated while preserving the main original structure. The facade lines were straightened, and the openings widened to allow for good airflow and natural light
