This project, located in a coastal neighborhood in central Israel, was the renovation of a single-story property with a small basement built on over an acre of land.
The property was designed in a modern-industrial style and was built in the shape of a cube that is missing one face – in which a swimming pool and an external seating area were designed
This house was built for a mixed-race couple, Israeli and Japanese, and the use of Japanese elements is evident extensively throughout the property. This Green Construction property was built with a focus on ecological building methods and environmental preservation.
